Job description

SUMMARY : Crew Members perform essential duties in various areas within the restaurant, including the cash register area, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area. They provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience. This position is located in our Rapid City, South Dakota location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Perform essential tasks such as runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier.
2. Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience and ensure all products meet company standards.
3. Ensure the restaurant is clean, neat, and accessible to customers, adhering to company standards.
4. Support team members in completing their tasks, working collaboratively.
5. Complete any other duties as assigned.
