Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.
• Experience in tree care or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations.
• Ground operations including brush chipping, brush mowing, chainsaw work, and site cleanup.
• Stump grinding and debris removal.
• Emergency tree services such as storm damage response.
• Climbing & rigging support for aerial operations.
• Staging of equipment and materials for safe and efficient tree work.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in tree care.
• Inspect equipment daily and report safety concerns.
• Interact professionally with property owners, officials, and the public.
• Work cooperatively with crew and leadership to complete jobs.
