Flexible Hours: You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, church or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

Closed Holidays: Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Competitive Pay: We offer competitive pay with reviews for wage increases through out the year along with career opportunities.

Meal Discounts: You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers at a discount!).

Other Benefits Include: Free uniforms, VIP scholarships, Culver's swag gear, positive work environment and MORE!

What you'll do:

Provide excellent guest service and hospitality

Help prepare and/or serve great food

Support great dining and meal experiences for guests

Help other team members out in a unified workplace

Qualifications:

A genuine smile!

Good communication skills

Dependability

We've made it our commitment than any guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy -

and that means creating a great experience for you too!

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it's our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver's delicious.
