Domino's is seeking qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills in Oklahoma. Opportunities include room for growth as the business expands, with in-store interviews for faster onboarding.

Positions are tied to multiple Domino's locations owned by independent franchisees, including Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Owasso, and West Tulsa. Flexible schedules may create additional opportunities.

Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Must have a food handler's permit and follow sanitation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Take and process customer orders in person or by phone.
• Operate the POS/keyboard to enter orders accurately.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store throughout the shift.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Have a food handler's permit and understand proper sanitation procedures.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the
• phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
