  12. Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
  13. Be able to stand during the shift
  14. Compliant with any local or company mask or related Covid-19 policies
  15. No nails must be kept clean and short to wear appropriate gloves and ensure food safety
  16. Hair must be kept in such a manner that it can be worn with a hair net or kept in a ball cap
  17. Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

As a Cookie Technician, your job is to help craft cookies at every stage on its way to the customer:

  1. Reading and understanding the Crumbl recipes for preparing each week's cookies
  2. Following recipes to make cookie dough, frosting, toppings, and glazes
  3. Portioning the mixed dough into consistent cookie dough balls ready for baking
  4. Panning out the cookies onto baking sheets
  5. Dressing the cookies in that week's toppings
  6. Boxing customer orders of the world's best cookies
  7. Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  8. Maintaining clean and tidy workspaces
  9. Restocking ingredients and supplies
  10. Folding and preparing the signature pink Crumbl boxes
  11. Vocally greeting every customer that patrons Crumbl
  12. Creating and maintaining eye contact
  13. Making memorable connections with guests
  14. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  15. Coaching team members and training new staff
  16. Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits
  17. Handling customer issues and employee disputes
Anticipated Hours:
  1. Days: Monday through Saturday
  2. Weekly hours: 30+ hours a week
  3. Shifts to potentially be available (for): Morning, day, and night
Pay:

$15 - $18 (includes hourly pay + tip)

Experience:

At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred)

Certifications:
  1. Valid Driver's License (Required)
  2. ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (Preferred but if you do not have, will pay for certification)
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to lift packages between 10-55 lbs
  2. Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
  3. Climb a ladder
Corporate Uniform:
  1. Crumbl shirts and hat (required to be worn at each shift) will be provided
  2. Black pants

Specific Job Responsibilities:
  1. Taking ownership of all operational aspects
  2. Training all roles including bakers, shift leads, and delivery drivers
  3. Knowing your team well enough to identify the employees who may want further training to advance to the next level/role
  4. Maintaining set standards such as cleanliness and quality control
  5. Creating work schedules and addressing any schedule gaps
  6. Tracking sales and calculating healthy labor cost
  7. Sharing and enforcing state and corporate policies and rules
  8. Addressing and documenting any employee disputes and infractions
  9. Interacting with customers and resolving any service issues
  10. Stepping into various roles when the store needs help such as baker, delivery, restocking
