Job Summary

This is a general labor position responsible for installing erosion control products such as silt fences, inlet protections, and slope matting on residential and commercial sites. The role involves following instructions from the Crew Leader, utilizing vehicles, hand tools, and equipment. Experienced individuals may serve as Crew Leaders, with a preference for those with clean driving records.

Duties & Functions
  • Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader
  • Assist in loading trucks with materials
  • Represent Greenrise professionally to clients
  • Complete erosion control tasks to high standards
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Install erosion control products as directed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and managers
  • Meet daily and weekly installation goals
  • Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Report incidents or concerns through proper channels
Requirements
