Long John Silver's is seeking Crew Members for Cashier/Service roles to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are highlighted in the posting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Reliable transportation and friendly demeanor required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage them in a positive, friendly manner.
• Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle the POS.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and dining surfaces.
• Support kitchen team by restocking and preparing ingredients as needed.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure guest questions are answered promptly.
