Duties & Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers and help determine their needs.
• Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests.
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
• Process and relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
• Routinely clean and arrange eating areas, service (restrooms), and kitchen spaces during downtimes.
• Receive and confirm walk-in, telephonic, and online orders.
• Accept and inform relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
• Mix, restock, and pour beverages, as needed.
• Transport food orders from the kitchen to relevant tables as needed.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
