BOH Crew Member Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and safety.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards daily.
• Follow all recipes, procedures, storage, rotation, safety guidelines, and product specifications to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stock station levels as prescribed to meet guest needs.
• Ensure all food plates are presented according to company standards.

This position is typically offered as full-time or part-time employment.

Requirements

• No previous restaurant experience required; prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or similar is desirable.
• Must communicate clearly with team members and managers.
• Able to stand throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Handle kitchen utensils and equipment safely and accurately.
• Practice high sanitary standards, including frequent hand washing.
• Must be 18 or older to operate certain kitchen equipment.
