Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking Crew Members to join our Enfield, CT, team. You will deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare products to our brand standards, and work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants with morning shifts from 5am to 12pm. You will take orders, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a clean workstation while contributing to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.

They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
