Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is hiring crew members to join our team. The position supports multiple stations—from register to grill to prep—with emphasis on teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Starting pay is $12.00/hour plus tips and bonus. We offer a unique bonus program and a fast-paced, high-energy environment with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

• Must be able to work the closing shift 4:00PM–1:00AM.
• Ohio state labor rules require employees past 11:00PM to be 18 or older.

• Work across different roles in the restaurant, including register, grill, morning prep and evening close.
• Help maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness and customer service excellence.

The pay for this position starts at $12.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

We have openings for the closing shift – 4:00PM to 1:00AM. Please note: in the state of Ohio, labor laws require employees working past 11:00PM be a minimum age of 18.
