Wendelta Inc. is hiring Wendy's crew members to join our fast-paced team. You will assist customers, prepare and serve food, handle cash, and help with opening/closing duties. You’ll gain experience across restaurant operations while working in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

What we expect from you

Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals

Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area

Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)

Stocks, portions, and serves beverages

Operates cash register according to cash operations policies

Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides top quality service

Assists in prepping restaurant for opening & closing

Physical Elements

Ability to stand for long periods

Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Equipment Use

Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction

Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)

Working Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
