Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Take orders from customers, interact with customers and provide top quality service.
• Assist in prepping restaurant for opening & closing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.

Physical Elements

Ability to stand for long periods

Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Equipment Use

Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction

Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)

Working Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
