Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies, LLC is hiring a Crew Member to support field crews with ground operations, flagging traffic, and material handling. The role requires physical strength and reliability to work on transportation infrastructure projects.

The position is full-time and hourly, typically Mon-Fri with potential overtime to meet project needs. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass insurability checks are required. Benefits start after the first month of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds.
• Be willing to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and site leadership.
• Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

JOB TITLE: Crew Member

JOB CLASS: Hourly, Full Time

JOB HOURS: 40 Hour Week, Typically M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible variations to accommodate specific project requirements. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flagging traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fills anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.

Certifications, Licenses

• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license.
