Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies in Ashland, VA is hiring a Crew Member to support ground operations, assist crews with tools, and help with pole setting and right-of-way maintenance.

Candidates should be physically capable, eager to learn, and able to communicate with teammates and supervisors. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior construction experience is a plus.

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flagging traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fills anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.
