Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly guest service and to prepare high‑quality subs according to Jersey Mike’s standards. This role may work in front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, or both, with flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay ranges from $17 to $17.50 per hour, with eligibility for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and professional development. A fast‑paced environment requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Preferred: restaurant or customer service experience, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, and preparing fresh ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
