Position Overview

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone offers part‑time crew member positions. Crew members work across multiple departments and build customer service, safety, and communication skills.

Positions include: Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

Application Requirement

Responsibilities

All crew stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups.
• Available to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Preferred prior experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness); but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Physical Requirements

Remain stationary or move around the park for long periods, lift or move a minimum of 20 pounds, and frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, loud indoor environment.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $17.13/hr, a fixed starting rate with no additional pay range at this time.
