Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Crew Member to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare, pack, and serve mouthwatering subs, maintain high product quality and cleanliness, and support the team in daily operations.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, accurate order entry, teamwork, and adherence to safety and dress standards while promoting a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments accurately and quickly.
• Collaborate with the line team to prepare subs per customer specs, following safety rules.
• Keep the restaurant clean by clearing tables, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to help schedule, train new staff, and resolve issues.

As a Crew Member, you will have the opportunity to join our team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. You will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve preparing, packing, and serving our mouthwatering subs, while maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment accurately and quickly
• Work together with the line team to prepare subs to customer specifications, following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing and wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly, resolving problems according to Jersey Mike's standards and policy
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the corporate dress code
