Job summary

Jersey Mike's Clinton is seeking Crew Members to join a team-focused, customer‑driven environment in Clinton. You will help prepare fresh subs, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean dining area.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn across all restaurant operations. Prior food service experience is a plus but not required, and training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll help bring the Jersey Mike's experience to life by:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards

• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment

• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork

• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike's signature "neighborly banter"

• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations

• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
