Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver quick, accurate and safe service while upholding quality, consistency and cleanliness for every guest.

You will interact with guests, handle cash transactions and follow all standards to ensure a positive dining experience. Training and benefits are provided to support your well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.Team Membersdemonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concerntowards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.
