Valley Subs of Arizona, LLC DBA Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring entry-level team members to deliver friendly, fast-paced service at our Scottsdale locations. You will learn the menu, assist with grills and prep, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store while following safety standards.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and flexible scheduling to accommodate school, sports, and family commitments.

• Keep things moving by handling orders and assisting with online and delivery orders.

What You’ll Do as a Team Member

• Deliver “Sub Above” Service: You’ll bring main character energy to the team. Be quick with a friendly welcome, great at banter, and take pride in making sure every person who walks in leaves happier than when they arrived.
• Master the Menu & Techniques: You’ll be crafting hot and cold subs exactly how the customer wants them, getting hands‑on with the grills and prep tools (and if you’re 18+, you'll get to operate the mechanical slicers, too).
• Make it Clean, Make it Quality: You take pride in the details—you know a clean store is part of a great experience, you care about following safety standards and always show up rocking a fresh uniform.
• Keep Things Moving: From tapping in custom orders and cashing people out to helping manage the steady stream of online and delivery orders with speed and accuracy!

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Repetitive motion when operating slicer (for team members 18 and older only)
