Job summary

Wendy's Hoover is seeking a Crew Member in a fast-paced environment to greet guests, take orders, and support both the dining room and drive-thru. You will join a friendly team focused on delivering fast, accurate service and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for customers.

This role emphasizes reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided and weekly pay is offered to hardworking team members who value guest satisfaction.

• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and above all – honest.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru and cleaning duties.
• Wear a headset and use restaurant equipment such as a register or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines.

You must be willing and able to:
