Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Crew Member to join our New Mexico team in Roswell. You will work across multiple roles including Cashier, Driver Thru, Grill, Fryer, Build Table, and Prep, delivering quick, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

We value a warm, customer-focused attitude, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work well with a team. Training is provided to grow with our brand and share authentic New Mexico cuisine.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or friendly service approach.
• Strong communication and listening skills for guest interactions.
• Teamwork mindset to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

• Assist customers at the counter and drive-thru.
