Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Crew Member in New Mexico. The role covers cashier, drive-thru, grill, fryer, build table, and prep. You will be essential in delivering quick, friendly service and upholding brand standards, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

You're over 16 years old and have a warm, friendly attitude, especially if you enjoy helping customers and working with a team. We value those who are eager to learn and comfortable using POS systems, cooking tools, and cleaning supplies. If you're able to stand comfortably for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle tasks with a good sense of urgency, you'll fit right in. Strong communication skills, a good listener, and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment are also very important to us.
