Job summary

Jersey Mikes in Utah is seeking energetic Crew Members to help bring the Jersey Mikes experience to life by preparing fresh subs, delivering friendly service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

• Prepare fresh subs and menu items according to Jersey Mikes standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations including food prep, service, and teamwork.
• Engage with customers with genuine conversation and Jersey Mikes neighborly banter.
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture.

What Youll Do

As a Crew Member, youll help bring the Jersey Mikes experience to life by:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mikes standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mikes signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
