Jersey Mikes Monroe is looking for friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced team, helping us deliver fresh subs and a welcoming guest experience every shift.

As a crew member, you’ll learn food preparation, customer service, and teamwork while upholding food safety, keeping a clean environment, and contributing to a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating equipment where required.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mikes standards.
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mikes signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture.

What Youll Do

As a Crew Member, youll help bring the Jersey Mikes experience to life by:

• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
