If you are positive, motivated, and passionate about tots and tacos, we might be the place for you! As a team member, you will work in various positions within the restaurant, including front counter and drive-thru.

Responsibilities

1. Build strong relationships with your co-workers and managers to create a fun, positive environment for learning and teamwork.
2. Impress guests by providing warm, friendly interactions, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring they leave happy!
3. Keep orders moving in a timely manner by accurately recording orders, preparing food as a team, and following manager direction.
4. Care for your safety and that of your teammates by following and maintaining Taco Johns and DND Groups standards and policies.
5. Show attention to detail by maintaining a tidy environment.
6. Maintain a sharp, tidy appearance in your uniform.

Skills/Qualifications

1. The ability to work in various temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Positivity, eagerness to learn, a friendly disposition, and the ability to contribute in a team environment are critical.
3. Basic math and reading skills, as well as the ability to follow directions.
