Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Crew Member to join our New Mexico team. The role involves working as a non-exempt, hourly employee across positions like Cashier, Drive-Thru, Grill, Fryer, Build Table, and Prep, delivering fast, friendly service and representing the brand with warmth.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash register operations as a Cashier or Drive-Thru crew member
• Cook or fry food as assigned by the shift supervisor
• Prepare and Build menu items at the prep station
• Provide quick, friendly service and a welcoming greeting to every guest
