Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking Crew Members in Plymouth, MA. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a flexible schedule with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours, including training to ensure great food and service.

You will join a family-like team from Day 1 and participate in a comprehensive training program. Responsibilities include standing and moving for shifts, using a headset and restaurant equipment, and delivering consistent customer-focused service.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Min. age of 16 years old (18 y/o for closing shifts)
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Flexible work hours availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful- but not required
