Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Orleans, MA is hiring a Crew Member to join the team from day one. You will help prepare and serve great food, provide friendly service, and contribute to a positive restaurant experience.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program, wear a headset, work with your teammates, and follow brand standards. Minimum age 16 (18 for closing), flexible hours, and reliable transportation required.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Min. age of 16 years old (18 y/o for closing shifts)
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Flexible work hours availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful- but not required
