Job summary

Wendy’s Plymouth is seeking a Crew Member to join our team from Day 1. You’ll be part of the family, delivering great food and service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive half-price meals during shifts, PTO and healthcare benefits for qualifying employees, and opportunities to grow within our restaurants. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive training help you start strong and advance. All team members must be able to stand for long periods and have reliable transportation.

What you bring to the table:

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Min. age of 16 years old (18 y/o for closing shifts)
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Flexible work hours availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful- but not required
