Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking Crew Members in Mashpee, MA. You will be part of the Wendy’s family from Day 1, delivering great food and service. Training will prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth within our restaurants.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), competitive hourly pay, and benefits for qualifying employees including medical plans and a 401(k) with company match. Previous customer service is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 for closing shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours
• Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
• Able to stand and move for most of the shift

Responsibilities

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Min. age of 16 years old (18 y/o for closing shifts)
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Flexible work hours availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful- but not required
