Prospect Capital Restaurants is hiring Jersey Mike's Crew Members in Paramus, NJ. The role pays between $16 and $17 per hour plus tips, with chances to grow and training opportunities in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

You will create food to Jersey Mike's standards, work with a small team, keep the restaurant clean, and deliver exceptional guest service. Candidates should be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be able to stand long hours.

This position pays an hourly wage between $16 to $17 plus tips!

Primary requirements of a Jersey Mike’s employee:

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards

• Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members

• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others

• Provide customers with top quality products and service

• Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere

• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience

Qualifications for the job:

• 1 Year QSR experience (preferred)

• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
