Slutty Vegan is a fast casual vegan revolutionary movement! We offer fun, high-energy experiences with plant-based burgers, piled high with sauce, toppings, and other hearty vegan eats. Our mission is to create enjoyable, community-oriented experiences for all people and to provide more vegan options than the norm.

The Role

Reporting to store leadership, Crew Members are responsible for various operational tasks within Slutty Vegan. As the first and sometimes last point of contact for customers, Crew Members ensure a fast, friendly, and fun experience. Responsibilities include:

• Working in different positions such as burger assembly, takeout, kitchen, and food prep
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
• Operating POS systems and handling basic math skills
• Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ensuring high-quality product preparation and service
• Safely operating equipment and machinery
• Unloading and stocking inventory
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations and working multiple stations
• Following safety procedures

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a fast casual restaurant is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and reach, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• High energy and a commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and bold growth
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required

Preferred technical skills include knowledge of Restaurant 365, Jolt, Seven Shifts, Toast, and Dolce. This job description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned by supervisors or management.
