Job summary

Jersey Mike’s is hiring Crew Members to join a team passionate about great subs and community. You’ll prepare fresh subs, serve customers with a friendly, personalized approach, and keep the restaurant clean and inviting.

Work in a fast-paced environment, learn all areas of restaurant operations, and contribute to a positive team culture. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Jersey Mike’s signature "neighborly banter"
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
