Jersey Mike's in Lacey, WA is seeking Crew Members to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service with a smile. You’ll help prepare fresh subs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are met while engaging with customers through our signature neighborly banter.

• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations including food prep and customer service.
• Create positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature neighborly banter.
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
