Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC on-site Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to help deliver a fun, safe guest experience. You will engage guests, assist with park activities, and support team members across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service instincts, comfortable interaction with large groups, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Position Overview

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone offers part‑time Crew Member positions on‑site. These associates gain experience across multiple departments and develop essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

All crew members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Employees are expected to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs. Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Compensation

Starts at $15.92 per hour. The full pay range goes up to $17.00 per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
