Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced team in Niles, MI. You will assist with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean dining area while delivering friendly service.

No prior experience is required; we value dependable team players who can lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts. Must be at least 16 years old with necessary work permits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)

• Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service
• Preps store for opening
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
