Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Nephi is seeking friendly, hardworking individuals to join our crew in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will prepare fresh subs, deliver personalized service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant while upholding food safety standards.

Previous experience is a plus but not required; we value effort, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role offers opportunities for learning across shifts and potential advancement within the team.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
