| The Crew Leader is a critical part of our team who is responsible |

| for: |

| |

| - Supervising all maintenance care service activities of the crew - |

| ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, |

| that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the |

| job and that the crews are operating safely at all times. |

| - Reviewing and managing time sheets. |

| - Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at |

| the beginning of the week. |

| - Coordinating with account managers, supervisors, customers and |

| employees as needed. |

| - Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed. |

| - Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Companys |

| safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in |

| contact with crews. |

| - Cutting lawns using various size power mowers. |

| - Trimming/edging along walkways, driveways and curves. |

| - Cleaning up areas after trimming using leaf blowers. |

| - Picking up trash on properties. |

| - Leaf removal. |

| - Assist with trimming bushes and clean up. |

| **Skills were seeking:** |

| - At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred. |

| - Management experience is preferred. |

| **Requirements:** |

| |

| - Must be 18 years of age or older. |

| - Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. |

| - Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, |

| kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 |

| lbs. |
