Position Overview: As a Crew Member, you will champion Papa Murphy's values of quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Prioritizing and completing tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and safety standards.
3. Creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels special, and all areas are neat and pizzas are of the highest quality.

Front of House

1. Master all stations, including pizza preparation, transactions, and menu suggestions.
2. Promote specials, add-on sales, and loyalty programs.
3. Show extra care, such as opening doors or carrying pizzas to guests' cars.
4. Follow proper transaction procedures for all payment methods.

Back of House

1. Operate and clean equipment according to Papa Murphy's standards.
2. Follow procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products.
3. Perform duties of runner or dish person as needed.
