Work Directly With A Culver's Owner: We are family owned, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay: UP TO $20.00/HR FOR ADULTS & UP TO $15.00/HR FOR MINORS. We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability, and accountability. Along with a competitive paycheck, you will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers at a discount!). You will also have access to our scholarship program to help continue your education.
