Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm, assist with menu options, take accurate orders, ensure all orders are processed correctly, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Food Preparation and Quality: Prepare food according to Wendy’s standards, follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures, operate kitchen equipment safely, ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards.
• Cash Handling and Register Operation: Accurately handle cash transactions, process credit/debit payments, provide change and receipts, keep the cash register area clean and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors, contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, assist with inventory management and stocking as needed.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and restroom areas, follow proper food handling, storage and sanitation protocols.
• Additional Duties: Assist with opening and closing duties, participate in training programs, perform other tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisor.

• Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed.
• Occasional sitting, talking and active listening as required.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly; use appropriate lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads.
• Move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently.
• Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
