Job summary

Sarku Japan in Lombard, IL is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking.

You will work with a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen. No prior experience required; growth opportunities and hands-on training are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
• Other duties as assigned
