Responsibilities Include:

1. Smiling and always saying 'YES!' to our guests.
2. Holding themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
3. Adhering to schedule and arriving ready to work on time.
4. Adhering to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
5. Maintaining a clean and neat workstation; completing thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
6. Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members.
7. Effectively executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
8. Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
9. Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
10. Complying with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Qualifications:

1. You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
2. You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
