IRMG GROUP’s Popeyes location at Great Lakes Mall in Auburn Hills, MI is hiring a Crew Member to take orders, process transactions, and help prepare menu items. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Education requirement is High School/GED. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. This role does not include drive-through duties and is open to applicants who value a clean, compliant workspace.

Responsabilidades

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations.
