Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member at LaFollette, TN. You will help deliver fast, friendly service at Dunkin’ with duties including greeting guests, taking orders, and preparing coffee and food items to brand standards.

Join a energetic team. Positions offer 8- or 10-hour shifts with day and night availability, including weekdays and weekends. Must be reliable, punctual and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:
