Job Summary
Provides personalized, exceptional guest service ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.
Essential Functions
- Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
- Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
- Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
- Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct, and all other policies.
- Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request.
- Follows safety standards and looks out for the safety of team members and guests.
- Completes the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist accurately.
- Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
- Performs primary, secondary, and backup responsibilities timely and accurately.
- Assists with additional tasks upon manager request.
- Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
- Prepares quality products maintaining portion control and presentation within service times.
- Attends all team member meetings.
