Job Summary

Provides personalized, exceptional guest service ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

Essential Functions

1. Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
2. Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
3. Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
4. Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct, and all other policies.
5. Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request.
6. Follows safety standards and looks out for the safety of team members and guests.
7. Completes the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist accurately.
8. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
9. Performs primary, secondary, and backup responsibilities timely and accurately.
10. Assists with additional tasks upon manager request.
11. Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
12. Prepares quality products maintaining portion control and presentation within service times.
13. Attends all team member meetings.
