Sully's Steamers is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly service and prepare products per our standards in a fast-paced setting. You will work with teammates to meet guest needs and ensure satisfaction. This role emphasizes teamwork and consistent quality in a bustling sandwich shop.

As a hands-on crew member, you’ll handle steamers, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety and health guidelines while helping guests enjoy a memorable, convenient dining experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

• Prepare, assemble, and steam Sully’s world-famous Steamed Bagel Sandwiches.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the cleanliness of our dining and kitchen areas

Job Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve customers in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
