Job summary

Sully's Steamers in Gainesville, FL is seeking a friendly Crew Member to deliver fast, accurate service and prepare Sully’s world-famous steamed bagel sandwiches. You will work as part of a team in a clean, fast-paced dining area, following quality and safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be comfortable with basic computer tasks, handling money, and operating standard restaurant equipment. Previous food-service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Google Suite).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Job Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve customers in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and steam Sully’s world-famous Steamed Bagel Sandwiches
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the cleanliness of our dining and kitchen areas
• Follow operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
